The Warranty Assessor is responsible for assessing warranty claims, authorizations and IDS tickets as well as other Warranty Related items in compliance with the specified process and ensuring high standards of quality. As a market language expert, the Assessor will engage directly with the network and customer representatives.

Requirements
- Education: University degree or relevant education in engineering, business administration, automotive, finance, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Preferably at least 2 years in an aftersales automotive environment, with warranty assessment experience is a plus.
- Languages: Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish)
- Knowledge of Technical Aspects: A strong understanding of automotive parts, diagnosis, and repair.
- Knowledge of Warranty Processes: Very good or expert knowledge of warranty regulations, policies, and systems.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both with internal teams and external customers.
- Analytical and Detail-Oriented: Ability to spot patterns and issues in claims data and report them accurately.
- Team Collaboration: Willingness to support the team and work collaboratively to meet objectives.
