We are looking for a Solution Architect to design complex IT solutions and translate business needs into IT architecture. In this position, alongside systems design, you will also handle strategic planning, development, and professional coordination tasks.
Tasks
- Participation in preparing materials to support professional decision-making.
- Collaboration in the design tasks of specialized areas, identification and prioritization of developments, and strategic planning.
- Participation in professional analytical activities, coordinating a working group regarding the introduction of new technological or methodological trends or the optimization of the existing application portfolio.
- Updating and maintaining current development and testing processes, technologies, and methodologies.
- Understanding business needs across applications and designing their IT implementation in line with current IT strategy and guidelines.
- Logical design of cross-application processes, steering them toward the strategic direction, and developing related processes.
- Close cooperation with relevant business areas regarding the systems, processes, and services within the scope of responsibility.
- Mentoring and training colleagues when necessary.
- Control role in ongoing projects to ensure execution according to approved plans.
- Acting as an expert in almost all areas of daily operations.
