We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Manager to join our team at Tax International Services Kft. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of international clients and support them with VAT compliance matters across various jurisdictions.
Tasks
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and maintaining ongoing communication via email, phone, and other digital platforms.
- Proactively manage client relationships to ensure high service quality and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client cases efficiently and within deadlines.
- Monitor progress and follow up on deliverables to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Learn and utilize our client collaboration platform for onboarding and VAT reporting processes.

Requirements
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and reliable approach.
- Quick learner and effective team player.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent stakeholder and time management skills.
- min 4 years in indirect tax or related field.
- Basic VAT knowledge is a must.
