As a Global Voice Data Analyst at BT Group, you will own and develop reporting and insight capabilities that help stakeholders make informed business decisions. Your analysis will support product strategy, commercial performance, customer understanding, and operational effectiveness.
Tasks
- Own and maintain the Global Voice reporting environment within Qlik.
- Design, develop and enhance dashboards, reports and data visualisations.
- Work with Product, Sales, Commercial and Operations teams to understand reporting requirements.
- Translate business needs into effective reporting and analytical solutions.
- Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, risks and market developments.
- Deliver regular and ad hoc reporting to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency and high standards of data quality.
- Support the adoption of self-service reporting and data-driven decision-making.
- Transform complex datasets into clear and actionable business insights.
- Explore how AI capabilities can improve reporting, forecasting, insight generation and operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes through automation and innovation.
