- You work with senior management to define transformation directions and priorities.
- You provide professional direction for high-impact transformation programs.
- Professional support for senior management in handling organizational challenges.
- You explore how AI, automation, and agentic solutions can help improve operations.

Requirements
- Higher education in economics, management, organizational development, organizational psychology, or technology.
- 7-10 or more years of relevant professional experience, including at least 5 years in strategic, corporate-level transformation, organizational development, change management, or executive consulting tasks.
- Proven experience in executive consulting, designing complex operating models and organizational solutions.
- High-level application of agile methods.
- Negotiation-capable English skills.
