Tasks
- Keeping the data of allocated parts up to date.
- Creating production documents based on requirements.
- Checking part availability, booking parts.
- Reporting material and capacity shortages, initiating measures to resolve them.
- Production planning and scheduling based on orders.
- Preparing and analyzing production-related reports.
- Indicating and reserving required assembly capacities.
- Regular liaison with procurement, production, quality assurance and logistics.
- Daily contact with the company's foreign manufacturing plants.
- Performing dispatching tasks related to the customer complaint process.

Requirements
- Secondary education
- Communicative level of English
- User-level knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system
- Analytical mindset
