At FlightHelp, we support airline passengers in claiming compensation for delayed or canceled flights. We are currently expanding our network and looking for Freelance Passenger Support / Flyer Distributors on an on-call basis at Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport. This is a non-sales role focused purely on information sharing, passenger support, and professional representation.
Tasks
- Travel to the Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport arrivals area when notified of a significant flight disruption.
- Distribute informational flyers to passengers of the affected flight and explain how FlightHelp can assist them.
- Communicate with passengers in a friendly, calm, and professional manner as a reassuring presence.

Requirements
- Residence in Budapest or the surrounding area of the airport.
- Good Hungarian language skills (minimum B2 level); English or additional languages are a strong advantage.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable interacting with the public in a professional manner.
