L W Montagetechnik Kft., a company manufacturing welded and rolled parts and their modules for the automotive industry, is looking for a new colleague for the position of 3D Measuring Instrument Operator (CMM measuring machine operator).
Tasks
- Measurement of initial parts produced in manufacturing and after machine setup, as well as parts required for process control.
- 3D measurement of products based on drawings and CAD models
- Preparation of measurement protocol
- Documentation and evaluation of measurement results. Archiving required programs, data, and measurement protocols
- Maintenance of the 3D measuring machine and its accessories
- Regular calibration of measuring and control devices
- Participation in product audits
- Statistical evaluation of MSA, MFU, PFU processes
- Incoming goods inspection
- In-process quality control

Requirements
- Secondary education
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to learn measurements on a 3D coordinate measuring machine and acquire programming skills — through participation in an internal training program
- Basic knowledge of English or German
- Independent, precise, responsible, quality-oriented work
- Cooperative, flexible, team-player personality
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift schedule
- Automotive industry experience as well as knowledge of measurement technology and practical experience in using measuring instruments is an advantage
