MOL Petrolkémia Zrt. is looking for a new colleague for the position of Sustainability Expert in Tiszaújváros. Join one of Hungary's largest international companies with a stable background, and shape the company's sustainability strategy.
Tasks
- Coordinates sustainability and efficiency-enhancing activities related to petrochemical technologies, ensures data quality and compliance with set goals.
- Brings together the realization of production sustainability and energy efficiency goals, cooperating with related organizations.
- Develops and implements energy, hydrocarbon loss, and resource-saving programs that reduce the company's environmental footprint and improve the operating efficiency of technological systems.
- Performs InnoMOL coordinator duties, responsible for tracking and managing the full lifecycle of employee efficiency-improving ideas.
- Manages the collection, tracking, verification, and reporting of the site's sustainability and efficiency-improvement data.
- Increases sustainability and energy awareness among employees, organizes forums, knowledge-sharing sessions, and presents best practices.

Requirements
- Higher education degree in engineering / chemical engineering
- At least 5 years of refinery or petrochemical experience
- Knowledge of petrochemical technologies and processes
- Project management experience
- Confident English language skills
- Driver's license (Category B)
- Confident use of Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to work in a team
- Independence, flexibility
