We are looking for a Process Development Engineer to join the team of our stable, internationally owned electronics manufacturing partner in Southeast Pest County, featuring complex, high-level technical equipment and systems.
Tasks
- Development of welding and sintering technologies for the production of automotive and industrial power electronics semiconductors.
- Optimization, stabilization, and quality improvement of production processes by examining various parameters.
- Supporting the further development of sintering, ultrasonic, and laser welding processes in serial production.
- Contributing to the achievement of key performance indicators (e.g., Cpk, OEE, Yield, customer complaints).
- Development of technical specifications for new, custom equipment and machinery considering internal needs.
- Coordination and alignment of technical requirements with potential suppliers and manufacturing partners.

Requirements
- Higher education in mechanical engineering, materials science, physics, or a technical field
- At least 3 years of process development experience in an industrial environment
- Fluent Hungarian and English language skills
- Professional experience in assembly, joining, and welding technologies
- Creative, development-oriented mindset to improve existing processes and establish new ones
- Structured, methodical work approach and a strong project management mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- Automotive experience is an advantage
