Join a leading global asset manager as a Corporate Actions Team Lead, overseeing a team responsible for the end-to-end processing of corporate action events across multiple asset classes and markets.
Tasks
- Lead and develop a team of Corporate Actions professionals
- Oversee mandatory and voluntary corporate action events, elections, entitlements, and reconciliations
- Act as the escalation point for complex events and operational issues
- Drive process improvements, automation, and operational excellence
- Partner with Portfolio Management, Trading, Compliance, Risk, Technology, and external providers

Requirements
- Strong Corporate Actions experience across the full event lifecycle
- Previous team leadership experience within Financial Services, Asset Management, or Investment Operations
- Knowledge of SWIFT messaging, custodian platforms, and operational controls
- Proven stakeholder management and process improvement skills
- Aladdin experience is an advantage
