Tasks
- Guiding Telekom store customers through the digital world
- Resolving customers' mobile phone-related technical issues
- Device setup
- Data management – e.g., data copying between devices
- Service setup – calling, messaging, internet
- Online administration
- Assistance with using the Telekom app
- Promoting safe and conscious internet use
- Purchase-related consulting
- App installation and operation
- Email communication
