Tasks
- Diverse program with high-standard training in leadership, management tools, and store operations
- Combination of practical experience and theoretical knowledge
- Five one-week modules: theoretical review, case studies and role-play, group work, team building
- Between modules, on-the-job training, coaching, and guidance with the assigned store manager mentor
- The fifth module concludes with a store manager exam

Requirements
- At least 1 year of team leadership experience
