Tasks
- Management and development of comprehensive quality management activities at the manufacturing plant
- Professional and operational leadership of the quality team, employee development
- Operation and development of quality management systems (IATF 16949, ISO 9001)
- Coordination of customer and internal audits, preparation for audits
- Handling customer complaints, root cause analysis and oversight of corrective actions
- Defining, tracking and improving quality KPIs
- Initiating and supporting continuous improvement projects
- Close cooperation with production, engineering and related departments within the corporate group
- Regular reporting to local and international management
