Tasks
- Develop organizational agility, end-to-end operations, and value creation across the company.
- Connect operational model development with strategy, culture, organizational capabilities, and technological opportunities.
- Lead complex organizational development diagnoses and interventions. Propose organizational structures, operating models, roles, responsibilities, and decision-making mechanisms.
- Work with senior management to determine transformation directions and priorities, and align initiatives affecting multiple organizational units.
- Provide professional direction for high-impact transformation programs, help uncover systemic obstacles, and support the resolution of complex bottlenecks.
- Professionally support senior management in addressing organizational challenges, developing leadership competencies, and ensuring efficient operations.
- Explore how AI, automation, and agentic solutions can improve operations, and support the assessment of their business impact.
