Be part of the dynamic market growth of a globally known brand and lead your sales team to success! We represent a well-known international company in the Food-FMCG product market. Due to the expansion of their team, we are looking for a new colleague for the Eastern Hungary region as our Regional Sales Manager, who will be responsible for the professional management of a 6-8 member sales rep team.
Tasks
- Sales strategy and business planning: preparing and executing the sales business plan for the assigned region and achieving defined KPIs.
- Team leadership and management: direct supervision of regional sales representatives, coordinating their work, and monitoring goal achievement.
- Coaching and development: continuous on-the-site training of team members, joint store visits, and providing individual development plans.
- Budgeting, planning, and analysis: managing and tracking the regional sales budget, and preparing financial/sales plans and analyses.
- Communication and collaboration: building relationships with regional store owners and managers, alongside close internal cooperation with related departments.

Requirements
- Higher education in commerce, business, marketing or other related field.
- At least 4-5 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector.
- At least 2 years of management experience (team motivation, development, professional guidance).
- Thorough knowledge of the FMCG market, sales and distribution channels, and consumer habits.
- At least intermediate, active knowledge of English.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, confident use of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Valid category B driver's license and a high degree of willingness to travel.
