Magyar Posta is looking for a full-time District Sales Manager (Sales Manager) with an indefinite-term employment contract, based in Szolnok.
Tasks
- Organizing, operating, and supervising sales processes at the post offices assigned to the district, involving the respective postmasters, in order to ensure the fulfillment of sales plans
- Operating the sales processes within their jurisdiction at the assigned post offices and monitoring their implementation
- Performing control and complaint management tasks
- Personally visiting the post offices while carrying out duties
- Operating motivational systems, organizing training tasks.

Requirements
- Secondary education (high school diploma)
- Clean criminal record certificate
- Category B driving license

- 1-3 years of professional and/or management experience
