At KFS Group, we build software for businesses, often in hospitality and commerce. This is a builder role: you'll help shape what we build and turn user needs into working software, from the first idea through production use. You'll join a small team of experienced engineers, working across the database, API, and interface, with support as you learn our tools and applications.
Tasks
- Understand who the users are, what they need to achieve, and how they will use the software, turning that into clear requirements and practical product decisions.
- Build features across Postgres, APIs, and React interfaces using TypeScript and Python.
- Design usable interfaces around real tasks and workflows, prioritizing clarity and ease of use over decorative visual polish.
- Work with data models, migrations, authentication, and permissions.
- Implement and test changes, investigate failures, and follow features through deployment and production use.
