Tasks
- Development and introduction of new bakery products
- Elaboration and development of recipes and technological processes
- Review and optimization of existing product recipes
- Implementation of product modifications and developments based on customer requirements
- Development of innovative product ideas in line with the company's strategy
- Planning and monitoring of test production runs
- Verification of the practical implementation of developments
- Investigation of production and technological issues, development of solutions
- Support for compliance with technological regulations and food safety requirements

Requirements
- Food industry, bakery, or other relevant specialized degree
- Several years of experience in product development, as a technologist, or in a similar field
- Knowledge of production processes and technological relationships
- Independent and responsible working style
- Creative, innovative mindset
- Good problem-solving skills
- User-level computer skills
