Tasks
- Together with the Store Manager, you are responsible for optimizing store routines so the store is ready for customers and achieves great sales results
- Your main task is ensuring weekly campaigns, a sales-oriented mindset, and creating a positive, energetic, and good-spirited environment
- You support the Store Manager through how you communicate, lead, and develop the team in the store
- You train your colleagues in a customer-first approach, identifying customer needs, and excellent selling
- You lead by example through in-store sales and completing routine tasks

- Experience in team leadership, motivation, and development
- Inspiring and communicative personality to create a positive work atmosphere
- Commitment to customer service and taking responsibility for its results
- You keep your cool and provide guidance even in stressful situations
- You always strive to improve results and bounce back quickly from setbacks
- At least 1 year of team lead experience
