The Senior Strategic Buyer sought for the Budapest Centre of Excellence team plays a key role in supporting procurement and sourcing processes.
Tasks
- Full execution of RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes in low and medium complexity procurement areas
- Supporting category managers in developing and executing sourcing strategies
- Supplier selection, conducting negotiations, and contract management
- Identifying cost reduction and optimization opportunities through data analysis
- Ensuring the compliance of procurement processes with corporate policies and regulations
- Maintaining procurement catalogs and documentation in corporate systems
- Close cooperation with international stakeholders and business partners
- Monitoring supplier performance and handling arising issues
- Identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities in sourcing processes
- Using procurement tools, MS Office applications, and AI solutions to increase efficiency
