As a logistics planning planner, you and your colleagues will play an important role in ensuring the end-to-end transport planning process.
Tasks
- Planning and tracking shipments arriving at the distribution center, keeping plans up to date
- Preparing, tracking, and keeping shipment plans up to date for dispatches from the distribution center
- Planning, coordinating, and tracking stock transfer shipments between distribution centers and monitoring related KPIs
- Organizing Return to Vendor (RTV) shipments, coordinating with the warehouse and shipping partners, and comprehensive tracking of transport
- Coordinating stock placement and replenishment processes for external warehouse(s), organizing and controlling related shipments
- Maintaining contact and ongoing communication with intermodal transport partners, the procurement department, warehouse areas, and transport partners
- Administering and keeping data related to transport and inventory management processes up to date in the company's IT systems
- Tracking transport processes, handling deviations, and proactively solving arising issues
- Providing data for customs clearance processes and tracking customs procedures
- Cooperating with all warehouse departments, the central Procurement and Flow of Goods Department, other distribution centers, and the Polish finance department

Requirements
- Relevant degree in logistics, supply chain management, transportation, economics, statistics, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in supply chain planning
- Very good organizational and prioritization skills
- Confident ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Analytical mindset, exceptional accuracy, and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proactive mindset
- Good communication and cooperation skills, as well as a customer-centric attitude
- English language skills - both written and spoken
- Solid MS Office knowledge (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Independent decision making / team spirit
