As the Head of Global Learning Services (GLS) organization in the People Support Solutions (PSS) organization, you will lead the Learning Services operation for Roche globally providing advisory, consulting and operational support for training and learning for all Roche employees, protecting the company's regulatory license to operate.
Tasks
- Accountable for leading and developing an efficient and effective customer focused PSS learning services organization in support of Roche globally
- Directly manage a multi-tiered, globally distributed learning support organization
- Partner across PSS, P&C and the business to drive simplification and harmonization of processes
- Manage all budgetary concerns for Global Learning Services
- Build strong relationships across business units, P&C, and partner organizations
Requirements
- 10 years of related experience working in the P&C function with operational experience and experience leading leaders
- Experience leading in an operational environment, with a proven track record leading regional or global delivery teams
- Ability to influence and work with key senior stakeholders and partners in achieving our strategy
- Ability to diagnose, problem solve and define and deliver strategic solutions
- Proven track record of being able to deliver in a matrix organization across geographies and divisions
