The Miskolc team of Robert Bosch Energy and Body Systems Kft. is looking for a production support engineer. Your tasks will include creating documentation governing manufacturing processes, handling deviations and production issues, and supporting the introduction of new products and technologies into production.
Tasks
- Support the creation and maintenance of documentation governing manufacturing processes (Process Flow, FMEA, Control Plan).
- Development of work instructions, visual aids, and other production standards.
- Management, tracking, and coordination of deviations and production issues.
- Support for rework processes.
- Monitoring and improvement of production KPIs (OEE, IDC, FPY).
- Daily production support to achieve quality and volume targets.
- Technical coordination of process, product, and raw material changes.
- Support for the introduction of new products and technologies into production.
- Documentation of changes, validation, and updating of related manufacturing documentation.
- Participation in designing processes for new production equipment and technologies.
- Defining process requirements and supporting the development of technical equipment specifications.
- Participation in pre-acceptance and on-site acceptance of new production equipment at the supplier's site.
- Coordination of installation, commissioning, and integration into production.
- Liaising with equipment manufacturers and external partners.
- Participation in joint projects with related departments.
- Maintaining contact with production departments of international plants.
- Assisting in conducting internal and external audits.

Requirements
- Higher technical education
- Minimum 1-3 years of professional experience in a similar field
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Open-mindedness, independence, good problem-solving skills
