Tasks
- Responsibility for production organization and site management in the assigned area of the battery plant
- Ensuring that all operational indicators of quality, safety, delivery and costs are achieving target goals
- Organizing and controlling the manufacturing processes from ramp-up to serial production in the assigned area
- Analysis of the cost consumption, and formulate cost control measures
- Participating in customer audit to improve customer satisfaction
- Represent safety systems, carry out regular safety inspections, and prevent the occurrence of safety incidents

Requirements
- Hold a university degree
- Have strong English and Hungarian communication skills, both written and spoken
- Have proven leadership experience in an automotive manufacturing environment
- Possess excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Are proactive, responsible, and results-driven
- Experience in battery manufacturing.
