Tasks
- maintaining contact with premium retail clients focusing on long-term cooperation
- monitoring clients' financial situation, preparation for client meetings
- building a portfolio matching clients' needs and risk appetite, monitoring portfolio performance based on account history and other information
- selling the Banking Group's savings products to priority clients at the client point
- continuous expansion of own client base and client portfolios, acquisition
- organizing and conducting client negotiations
- proactive sales
- identifying client needs
- redirecting the client to the competent banking advisors and specialists
- selling and cross-selling other banking and banking group products
