We are looking for a professional who not only prepares reports from data but is also curious about what lies behind the numbers, how our customers use Kate Coin, and how we can make better product and business decisions based on data.
Tasks
- Continuous analysis of Kate Coin performance, development, monitoring, and enhancement of KPIs
- Analysis of customer behavior and customer journey from activation to earning and spending activity
- Measurement of the effectiveness of campaigns, offers, and new product features, quantifying their business impact
- Preparation of control group, conversion, and uplift analyses
- Creation of dashboards, regular management reports, and ad-hoc analyses
- Identification of customer segments, behavioral patterns, and business opportunities based on data
- Continuous improvement of measurement methodology, KPI definitions, and data quality
- Data analysis support for developments related to Kate Coin: identifying data needed for future analytical requirements, ensuring availability and subsequent usability
- Close cooperation with the Product Owner, as well as business, marketing, sales, and technology areas
- Formulating concrete proposals and insights based on analysis to support decision-making

Requirements
- Strong analytical thinking: you are able to recognize correlations, trends, and business-relevant patterns in large datasets
- Business mindset: you don't stop at what the numbers show, but also seek the answer to why it happens and what we should do differently based on it
- SQL knowledge: you are able to independently extract, join, and analyze data
- Data visualization experience: confident use of Power BI or similar BI tools
- KPI mindset: you understand the logic of measuring baseline, target, conversion, funnel, and business impact
- System-oriented thinking: you are able to connect customer behavior, product operation, and business results
- Strong ownership mindset: you not only prepare the analysis but take responsibility for its quality, clarity, and business usability
- Good communication skills: you are able to turn complex analyses into simple, understandable, and decision-supporting messages
- Intermediate English proficiency
