An asset management foundation is looking for a chief accountant to perform the full accounting and tax administration tasks for its own assets as well as separate assets under its long-term asset management. Professional experience gained at asset management foundations, in long-term or trust asset management, can be an advantage.
Tasks
- Professional management and supervision of accounting staff
- Preparation of tax returns (VAT, corporate tax, local business tax, etc.)
- Preparation and verification of annual reports and supplementary notes
- Active operational participation in managing the daily affairs of the company group
- Active participation during audits and tax inspections
- Timely implementation of legislative changes
- Up-to-date monitoring and application of accounting and tax legislation
Requirements
- Certified accountant qualification
- User-level knowledge of MS Office
- 5 years of experience in full-scope accounting and taxation
- English language skills (at least in writing and with a working understanding of accounting documents)
- Up-to-date accounting and tax knowledge
- Process and systems mindset
