In this role, you'll help authorized retailers across Europe diagnose complex vehicle issues, provide expert technical guidance, and support cutting-edge technologies including EV systems, high-voltage batteries, charging, connectivity, and software functions.

Requirements
- Experience in automotive diagnostics, technical support, or workshop operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Interest in electric vehicle technology
- Fluent German (C1) and advanced English
- Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or similar experience from workshop
