Tasks
- A varied program of high-level training in leadership, management tools, and store operations
- Five one-week modules: theoretical overview, case studies and role-plays, teamwork, team-building, and training
- Between modules, on-the-job training, coaching, and guidance with the designated store manager mentor
- Participation in the store manager exam at the end of the fifth module
- Preparation to manage your own store in the near future

Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant team-leading experience
