Tasks
- Identify opportunities to improve development, testing, support and delivery processes
- Build practical automation solutions that reduce manual work and improve quality
- Use AI-assisted development and automation tools to improve testing, documentation, diagnostics and engineering workflows
- Investigate complex systems and data flows and turn recurring problems into improvement opportunities
- Build and enhance automated testing solutions
- Explore emerging technologies and identify practical ways to use them within the team
- Analyse production incidents and contribute to root-cause analysis
- Take ownership of improvement ideas and turn them into working solutions
