tk accelis Processing Europe, formerly thyssenkrupp Materials Processing Europe, is looking for a Head of Finance for its location in Győr. In this role, you will actively support the company's planned spin-off and make a decisive contribution to its strategic and financial development.
Tasks
- Preparing financial analyses, managing liquidity, and preparing reports as well as monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Managing cost structures, working capital, liquidity management, and risk management
- Preparing business plans, budgets, forecasts, and medium-term plans together with operational managers
- Supporting the planned spin-off of the company in Győr and shaping associated organizational and financial processes
- Advising the Executive Board on all financial matters and supporting strategic decisions
- Directly reporting to the Group CFO as a member of the management team

Requirements
- Successfully completed a degree in business administration or a comparable field with a focus on finance
- Several years of professional experience as a manager in finance, controlling, or accounting, preferably in a manufacturing, metalworking, or industrial services environment
- In-depth expertise in accounting according to applicable standards, liquidity management, and contractual matters
- Strong leadership qualities characterized by cooperation, motivation, and assertiveness
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders
- High degree of self-motivation, strong time management, and a pragmatic approach
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Hungarian; knowledge of German is an advantage
