The Openhouse Real Estate and Financial Intermediary Network is looking for a Credit Specialist for the Openhouse agencies in Tatabánya and Komárom! Tasks
- serving real estate agency clients, assessing loan needs, tailored presentation of banking products
- processing mortgage loans, personal loans, Babaváró family loans, selling housing savings association contracts and bank account products
- preparation of loan applications, submission to the bank
- managing the loan application process, related administrative tasks
- continuous contact and cooperation with real estate agents, clients, and bank contacts
- finding new clients

Requirements
- at least secondary education and a state exam for financial service intermediaries, or higher economic education
