We are seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Planning Intern to join our team. Your input will be instrumental to secure the proper service level to customer. In this role, you will collaborate with factories - Order Management, Warehouse operations and planning team.
Tasks
- Support healthy purchase order portfolio management by improving order-date accuracy and ensuring the right product, quantity, place and time.
- Assist with the creation and rescheduling of purchase orders.
- Contribute to the management of production and supply priorities to help secure the expected customer service level.
- Collaborate closely with Factories, Order Management, Warehouse Operations and the Planning community.
- Create, automate and maintain dashboards and performance reports, transforming operational data into clear and actionable insights.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, data analytics, AI and digitalization initiatives within the Supply Chain organization.

Requirements
- Ongoing university studies in a university in Hungary, in supply chain management, order management, quality, logistics or related economic field
- Possible commitment for at least 1 year with minimum 1-year active student status
- Advanced English and Hungarian knowledge (both fluent speaking and writing)
- Strong analytical skills, digital open mind-set, knowledge and experience with MS Office, MS Teams, Excel (knowledge of basic formulas, able to work with data), SAP tool knowledge is considered as a plus
- Great problem-solving skills and proactive attitude
- Good ability to collaborate and cooperate with others, even with cross-cultural teams
