Working in the Operations team and closely with our back office teams and the CTO, you'll experiment with new solutions, improve our internal processes, and help turn great ideas into practical solutions that make a real difference.
Tasks
- Improve operational efficiency through process optimization, automation, and the adoption of new technologies
- Understand the company's data warehouse and help align data flows with reporting requirements
- Support the development and maintenance of reports and data-driven solutions using Power BI and Google Sheets
- Support other ad hoc tasks and projects as needed
- Understand internal business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the implementation of AI-powered solutions
- Support the implementation, adoption, and internal communication of AI tools and solutions across the backoffice of Hiflylabs
- Collaborate in the development of chatbots, AI agents, and automated workflows
- Support Data governance, Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives and other IT and Operations projects
- Help monitor data protection and compliance requirements related to internal processes, including GDPR, DORA, ISO
