We are looking for an Area Manager to join the team of our market-leading, nationwide B2B catering partner who not only maintains operations but sets direction, develops, and delivers results. The region you will be responsible for includes several units in Budapest and three in regional locations.
Tasks
- Full business, financial, and operational management of the network units under your responsibility.
- Support for unit managers, professional mentoring; leadership succession planning.
- Maximizing the region's profitability (P&L responsibility, cost efficiency, and revenue growth).
- Development of annual business and local budgetary plans, as well as their strict monitoring.
- Full coordination of the launch of newly opened units.
- Close cooperation with other teams during tenders and contract signings.
- Ensuring maximum compliance with quality, hygiene (HACCP), and corporate standards.
- Initiation and implementation of efficiency-enhancing projects and developments.

Requirements
- Higher education (with a focus on economics, business, or hospitality)
- At least 5-7 years of proven professional experience in catering.
- Experience in managing multi-unit networks (in restaurant, F&B, hotel industry, or a similar field)
- Professional commitment to gastronomy; interest in and tracking of current trends in catering.
- Managerial experience and a proactive, agile, transparent leadership personality
- Outstanding analytical skills
- Persuasive, assertive communication style and excellent negotiation techniques at all levels.
- Active, business-proficient English language skills.
- "B" category driving license and willingness to regularly visit the assigned client base.
