Hungary's leading HR service provider is looking for a new colleague for the Professional Service Delivery Leader position to manage white-collar recruitment in the eastern region under the following conditions.
Tasks
- Building and developing long-term partnerships with key strategic clients, proactively identifying client needs.
- Supporting our clients' business goals, creating new cooperation opportunities and joint projects, and coordinating their implementation.
- Supporting business development activities, identifying new business opportunities, actively participating in sales processes and client negotiations.
- Continuously improving our services taking into account market trends and client needs.
- Professional and operational management of the consultant team, efficient planning and coordination of tasks and resources.
- Monitoring team members' performance, supporting their development, motivation and professional growth.
- Defining business and operational objectives, tracking KPI achievement, and developing necessary action plans.
- Participating in strategic and financial planning, preparing forecasts and budgets, and taking responsibility for achieving revenue targets in the area.

Requirements
- Higher education degree
- Relevant professional experience in white collar recruitment and consulting
- Advanced English proficiency, both verbal and written
- Relevant experience in a leadership role
- Service background, market knowledge
- Flexibility, willingness to travel - category B driving license and driving experience are required
- Strategic mindset, ability to make confident decisions even in complex situations
- Strong sense of responsibility, proactive and independent working style
- Outstanding problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and resources
