The PCS Finance Manager Europe is accountable for Product Finance activities across the PCS segment for the Europe Zone. Reporting to the FP&A Manager Europe, the role combines financial planning, data analysis, business partnering, and reporting to support business decisions and deliver sustainable, profitable growth within the segment.
Tasks
- Partner with LCT PCS General Managers to drive operating performance and act as champion for strategic initiatives within the segment.
- Own accurate forecasting and planning of orders, sales, and overall profitability for the PCS segment at Europe level.
- Actively participate in the formulation and analysis of financial plans -- budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans.
- Collect, process, and analyze financial data to discern patterns, forecast future trends, and provide decision-makers with actionable insights.
- Drive the adoption of AI and automation to accelerate planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis while improving accuracy and consistency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or another numeracy-based discipline, and 5 years of financial work experience.
- Strong knowledge of GE HealthCare's financial, commercial, and service operating systems.
- Strong financial and accounting background, with detailed knowledge of the Healthcare industry and market.
- Excellent command of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with advanced Excel skills.
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
