Our Guest Arrival Experts take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their arrival and departure experiences, processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, and sharing local highlights.
Tasks
- Guide guests through their arrival and departure experiences.
- Process operational needs and address guest requests.
- Complete reports and share the highlights of the local area.
- Create a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No related work experience required.
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time.
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance and objects weighing more than 75 pounds with assistance.
