Hiya Hub is growing, and we're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help us expand our global carrier and partner network. You'll build and maintain the services, APIs, and tools that support this growth, taking ownership of software from initial planning through to production.
Tasks
- End-to-end software delivery: Break down complex projects, plan solutions, and implement, test, deploy, and monitor applications.
- Production reliability: Maintain services, respond to alerts, improve monitoring, and contribute to operational and on-call responsibilities.
- APIs and carrier integrations: Develop and maintain APIs that support new carrier products and broader distribution.
- Metrics and visibility: Build and improve KPIs, dashboards, and internal tools that help teams understand traffic patterns and system performance.
- Self-service and automation: Create tools, AI agents, and automations that help employees and external partners find answers and work more independently.
- Continuous improvement: Improve reliability, performance, documentation, and maintainability while helping the team make better use of industry-standard tooling.
- Cross-team problem-solving: Work with internal teams and external partners on phone application distribution, explain system behavior, assess the impact of issues, and clarify ownership between Hiya and its partners.
