Tasks
- Participation in the professional management and development of the bank's cost controlling and planning processes.
- Preparation of plans, forecasts, variance analyses, and management decision-support materials.
- Coordination of standard and ad hoc reports, management reports, and analyses.
- Supporting cost owners with budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
- Planning and monitoring of bank investments (CAPEX), liaison with stakeholders.
- Management of the bank's cost management system.
- Estimation of expected costs for new products and economic analysis.
- Professional leadership of the team, performance evaluation, development, and motivation.

Requirements
- Higher education in economics, finance, or accounting.
- At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or cost management.
- Confident preparation of financial analyses, reports, and business forecasts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in leading a professional team and supporting the development of colleagues.
- Ability to collaborate as a partner with business and support areas.
- Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of SAP and/or other ERP systems is an advantage.
- Precision, a sense of responsibility, and a results-oriented mindset.
