IKEA is looking for a Restaurant Team Leader for its store in Budapest (Soroksár). The position includes supporting and motivating the team according to IKEA values, ensuring compliance with HACCP rules, and actively participating in physical tasks and recruitment processes.
Tasks
- Support and motivate your team in line with IKEA standards and values.
- Promote a positive shopping experience to increase sales.
- Ensure compliance with general hygiene rules and HACCP regulations.
- Develop your team and regularly share information necessary for daily operations.
- Contribute to the performance evaluation and development (PEDT) process with your feedback.
- Participate in recruitment processes for the department, organizing and implementing onboarding for new coworkers.
- Propose ways to make processes more efficient, sharing and implementing new ideas in cooperation with your manager.
- Collaborate with different functional areas of the store and actively use communication tools.
- Ensure the consistently perfect quality of products and accurate pricing.
- Together with your team, maintain a clean, professional, orderly, and inviting workspace.
