Due to a business-critical transformation, our client is seeking an accomplished Programme Manager to contribute to defining the company's future ERP strategy and implementing SAP S/4HANA across a complex international organisation. The successful candidate will connect enterprise strategy, end-to-end process design and disciplined delivery---from discovery and detailed design through deployment, stabilisation and benefits realisation.
Tasks
- Lead the SAP S/4HANA programme end to end, from strategy and design through deployment, stabilisation and transition to operations.
- Translate ERP strategy into a harmonised target operating model, global process framework and implementation roadmap.
- Lead cross-functional process harmonisation and fit-to-standard design across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and other key business areas.
- Establish programme governance and manage scope, budget, resources, risks, dependencies and delivery.
- Oversee data migration, integrations, testing, cutover and operational readiness.
- Manage implementation partners and engage senior business and IT stakeholders throughout the transformation.
Requirements
- 12--15+ years of SAP/ERP delivery experience, including senior SAP S/4HANA programme leadership.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale, international SAP S/4HANA transformations across multiple countries or business units.
- Strong knowledge of Central Finance, Central Procurement, MDG and global master data.
- Experience with integrations, data migration, testing, cutover and post-go-live stabilisation.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and commercial skills.
- Excellent English and willingness to travel internationally.
