Mastercard Security Solutions Organisation (SSO) is looking for an experienced Product Manager to support the development and commercialisation of next-generation identity, authentication and fraud solutions across Europe. The role focuses on emerging identity technologies, payment authentication, tokenisation and fraud detection.
Tasks
- Develop a detailed understanding of how payment, authorization and authentication journeys are evolving through network tokenisation, digital wallets, token provisioning, Click to Pay, passkeys and EMV 3DS.
- Identify opportunities for Mastercard to deliver value-added identity, risk and fraud services within these workflows.
- Assess key points within the customer journey were additional data, risk intelligence or decisioning could improve security, fraud prevention, approval rates or customer experience.
- Work closely with global product and technology teams to translate identified opportunities into new product concepts, requirements and roadmap priorities.
- Engage with issuers, banks, merchants, wallet providers and other ecosystem participants to validate customer problems and potential propositions.
- Monitor developments across passkeys, FIDO standards, wallet authentication, tokenisation and emerging payment credentials and assess their implications for Mastercard's value-added services.
- Develop business cases and go-to-market strategies for new capabilities emerging from these workflows.
