We offer a complex and strategically significant management position that provides the opportunity, as a member of the management team, to direct the economic operations of the four-company group, while also playing a decisive role as the top executive of the commercial subsidiary.
Tasks
- Full management of the company's daily operations, performing executive duties
- Implementation of the business and strategic goals of the corporate group, representing owner expectations
- Coordination and development of commercial activities and company operational processes
- Representing the company in business negotiations, professional forums, and partnerships
- Strategic and operational management of the financial, accounting, and controlling areas of the four-company group
- Increasing the operational efficiency of the corporate group, initiating development and optimization projects
- Developing and executing the financial strategy in line with owner and management goals
- Managing business planning, annual budgets, and forecasts, as well as monitoring their execution
- Managing cash flow, liquidity, and financing structure, handling banking and financing relations, and conducting related negotiations
- Developing the controlling system, evaluating decision-making analyses, management reports, and financial statements
- Leading the economic, financial, and accounting team, and their professional development
- Higher education in economics, finance, or accounting
- At least 5 years of professional management experience in the financial field
- Negotiation-level English proficiency
- Excellent organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Financial mindset, business thinking, and confident handling of numbers
- Strategic thinking and business acumen
- Confident communication and decision-making ability
