Perform the route from the HUB to local routes in the vehicle assigned by Autozone to achieve coverage of the HUB's daily delivery routes, complying with the delivery of merchandise to commercial customers, ensuring compliance with collection times, timely delivery of merchandise, and compliance with established policies for the use of the assigned vehicle ensuring customer satisfaction.
Tasks
- Perform merchandise delivery on local routes to commercial customers, meeting delivery times promptly by driving the assigned vehicle to achieve customer satisfaction and close sales with AutoZone commercial customers.
- Perform support activities at the sales counter in the commercial program module by assisting customers in person or by phone to clarify questions about product availability, specifications, or operation.
- Comply with the vehicle inspection check list through the correct filling out of the logbook.
- Report and follow up on vehicle incidents with the Commercial Manager.
- Correctly process cash-on-note collections and credit card transactions to contribute to the product delivery process and sales closing.
Requirements
- Completed high school
- One to two years of experience
- Previous experience as a driver of any type of vehicle
- Having a driver's license
- Over 21 years old
- Experience driving standard transmission vehicles (spark)
