HSE Team Lead

Tasks

• Managing the work of HSE auditors and experts dealing with HSE risk assessment, coordinating staff activities, organizing and monitoring tasks, developing and motivating team members
• Ensuring and developing expected HSE services, preparing an annual audit plan, coordinating audits and implementing related measures
• Coordinating the investigation of high-risk and technological accidents, near-misses and events, taking measures and communicating them
• Actively seeking HSE risks and opportunities, collecting and evaluating feedback from internal and external clients, developing proposals
• Active participation in establishing and operating MEBIR and KIR management systems, supporting business leaders in maintaining management systems
• Developing health and safety awareness and mindset among managers and employees
• Active participation in E.ON group-level HSE projects and working groups, ensuring continuous and up-to-date availability of risk assessments
• Conducting HSE checks, audits and inspections, representing the group of companies at audits, supporting managers in handling audit findings
• Representing environment, health and safety topics within the corporate group and towards external parties (e.g. authorities, industry consultations, corporate headquarters)
• Cooperating with business areas and employee representation bodies for occupational safety
