You will design the enterprise-level Microsoft M365 architecture, establish the M365 governance model, and provide expert support to business areas and operations teams.
Tasks
- design the enterprise-level Microsoft M365 architecture, develop approved policies, and ensure their enforcement within the NISZ framework
- establish the M365 governance model and related configuration standards
- evaluate the implementation of new cloud features, services, and license types from a professional and architectural perspective, and support their realization
- develop the technical concept for migrating on-premise and legacy systems to M365, and participate in high-level design
- provide expert support to business areas and operations teams, participate in internal knowledge transfer, and promote the adoption of modern working standards
- monitor the utilization of M365 and related cloud licenses, and develop optimization proposals

Requirements
- you have at least 3-4 years of professional experience in designing Microsoft 365 or Microsoft Azure based systems
- you have the English proficiency required to understand professional documentation and utilize vendor support
- you are confident in Microsoft's enterprise licensing structures
- you work independently, to a high and meticulous standard, with a proactive mindset and a collaborative, positive attitude
