We are looking for an experienced developer for the development and enhancement of the Kate Agentic Framework, who will actively participate in the design, implementation, and operation of AI agents, multi-agent solutions, and enterprise AI workflows.
Tasks
- Design, development, and maintenance of the Kate Agentic Framework
- Development and optimization of AI agents and multi-agent systems
- Integration and utilization of LLMs in various use cases
- Establishment of agent workflows, tool calling mechanisms, and orchestration components
- Integration of APIs, enterprise systems, and external services
- Prompt engineering and optimization of agentic behavior
- Implementation of monitoring, logging, and tracing
- Active participation in shaping the technical architecture
- Collaboration with business analysts, AI specialists, and development teams

Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of software development experience
- Confident Python development skills
- Experience gained in Generative AI and LLM projects
- Practical knowledge of Git and CI/CD processes
- Good problem-solving skills and systemic mindset
- English technical communication skills
