At KZH Digital, we build brands through short-form videos (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts). We have over 40 active clients ranging from hospitality and beauty to the automotive sector, and our videos have generated over 100 million total views. We are now looking for someone who can manage content from idea to final video.
Tasks
- Write concepts and scripts for short videos, tailored to trends and client goals
- Shoot videos, either solo or with the team, using a phone or camera
- Edit: pacing, hook, captions, sound, everything that makes viewers watch till the end
- Participate in the creative planning of client projects

Requirements
- Understands why a Reels video works and why it doesn't
- Confident video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci or similar)
- Experience in shooting and comfortable in front of or around the camera
- Able to handle tasks independently but loves working in a team
- A portfolio or a few personal videos is a plus—actually, we'd love to see them
